Very arrogant. You don’t receive service for damages claims, never help you with the insurance company no matter you are not guilty. They attend you only to receive the monthly payments. The solution is to call directly to the insurance company and you can solve the problem and repair your car. Also they never return your deductible no matter you are not gilts for damages.
Best customer service in town, also great professional advice and guidance. The fact that they have someone who speaks both English and Spanish has made things much easier.
Great people follow up with you quick and they do their best! Highly recommend!
