I've been with this company for many years now. They have always been so understanding. It's very family like. Always welcome and to help answer any questions or concerns regarding your coverage. Got in an accident? No worries. Yes, your coverage cost will go up but not as bad as you'd think. They work with you to find the best deal for you. Great company. Great people. Definitely recommend. I've had my insurance policy setup through this business since the time that I bought my very first car. Brad and Garrett have never been anything short of friendly, courteous and helpful. Recently, I contacted Affordable Insurance in regards to an over payment that was made on my account. Brad informed me that they could not issue any refunds but he assured me that the amount that was over paid would be credited to my account going forward. I contacted Affordable Insurance ready to make a payment for my monthly insurance and once I brought up the over payment that was supposed to be credited to my account they had no recollection of it. Make sure if you are unaware of all the regulations of your insurance policy to ask them. They will assume you already know and will not make you aware of the regulations to if your insurance is valid. Have been here for 3 years and was unaware that my insurance was pretty much worthless and when I called to tell them it wasnt valid it was implied that it was my fault. All of the insurance companies I have called in the past 2 days gave made sure I know the laws and regulations to assure that my insurance is valid so look into other companies in town before here. EDIT: When I went to close the policy down he was very rude and raising his voice at me and also throwing his pen down at the table. Very unprofessional
