Called multiple times, the phone has never been answered, other than that, this is a family owned business and both of thr ladies at the front desks are nice and at the same time professional. Me and my dad have been going there for almost 3 years and still ongoing.

This is simply the best Insurance Company anytime I have any issues with my insurance or have had issues in the past with the state of Florida Lakita and her mother always taking care of me right away

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!! The lady who answers the phone is very rude. I called for a quote she informed me she will call me back with it. She calls me back stating I gave her my car information wrong I informed she most likely she took it wrong I ask her to reiterate what she has, she began to give me attitude and be really rude. I’ve been calling a lot of insurance giving them the same exact info. there’s no way I could’ve gave her the wrong info. She couldn’t easily said I apologies or maybe I’ve took the info incorrectly but no she wanted to be rude. As a business owner this is not how you treat your potential customers. By looking at the other comments NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE as it could be. I called in behalf of the company I work for as the lien holder of a vehicle of a mutual customer. The agent was extremely disrespectful, any question I would ask regularly she would answer " You should know" "I already told you" "you can look it up" and at the end when mentioned "You don't need to be rude with me" she says " You are rude" and hangs up on my face. I never had such bad experience with an agent like I had with this one. Wish I knew her name to be able to place it here. Ridiculous and disappointing to the max.

Unorganized always have to call you back & then they forget. Take your money tell you one price and your insurance is higher when it’s time for payment. If you like paying higher renewal fees because your agency always have to call you back and forgets, then this is the agency for you!!!!!!
