She was totally on it and used her considerable experience and connections with underwriting to not only give me new options, she actually got my cancellation REVERSED by the original insurer, who wasn’t interpreting the access to fire dept services correctly. She did this essentially pro bono, as I was able to stay with my previous insurer.
