We have had insurance with the ladies in this office for about 8 year now. Veronica and the entire staff have always been professional, hard working and understanding even when I feel like such a idiot!! I recommend you give them a chance to earn you business because they WILL NOT let you down!!!!

I've been trying to get my $375 dollar refund for the past 43 days and they still can't seem to mail the check to me. They said that they didn't know the right address to mail it to. When the only address I gave them is the only one they have. Whatever y'all do don't get your insurance at One-Stop Insurance go somewhere else it's a pain in the neck take it from me. I'm still waiting for my refund from October 16th when they took it out that same day from my account.
